We collect minimal data to provide our service:
- Account data: If you sign in, we store your email address, display name, and profile picture URL via Firebase Authentication. Sign-in is optional; the calculator works without an account.
- Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics data (pages visited, features used, device type) through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. This data does not personally identify you.
- Calculator inputs: Salary amounts, cities, and countries you enter into the calculator are processed in your browser and on our server to generate results. We do not store these inputs in a database linked to your identity.

- To understand how people use the site and improve the experience
- To detect and prevent abuse
We do not sell your data, send marketing emails, or share your personal information with advertisers.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database connections use SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store passwords (authentication is handled by Firebase). Access to production systems is restricted.

This service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
